Honest and Caring Staff

I would just like to say that I appreciate the honesty that comes from the Petland employees. I have been looking to add a puppy as a new member to our family for a while but wasn't quite sure what breed would fit in with myself and my 3 small boys. Of course we fell in love with an adorable tiny chihuahua. When I inquired about the puppy, the girl helping me informed me that even though the puppy was cute it may not be the right choice. She said a tiny puppy like that could easily be injured unintentionally by my rambunctious boys. She also told me a puppy that small requires a lot more looking after as far as eating and playing goes. Then she asked me what I was looking for in a dog! I explained how I wanted a puppy to be best friends with my boys, didn't require regular grooming and wouldn't get to big. She took the time to show me several puppies that she thought would fit my requirements and, as she put it, are sturdy enough to play with my boys. It didn't take us long to fall in love with a beautiful little beagle that we took home that day. Riley is the perfect addition to our family and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Petland.
