Kennel Technician:
|
Being a Kennel Tech gives you the opportunity to work with many puppies and kittens on a daily basis! Our Kennel Technicians are the heartbeat of the store. They take care of our puppies, kittens, and even some small animals. They are responsible for the health of all our little critters- cleaning the kennels, following veterinarian guidelines, and making sure everyone is eating and drinking well. Our kennel is a puppy nursery, so if you think you think you can keep up with the care and cleanliness of all the pups we have in the store- this job may just be for you!

Pet Counselor:

Pet Counselors are the ones who make sure our pets go home with the right family and go home with everything they need. Our Pet Counselors are the voice of our animals, so-to-speak, letting their new owners know everything they need. They are responsible for making sure our store is kept clean and presentable, taking care of animals on the floor, and talking to each and every customer that walks in the store. To be a Pet Counselor, you must be passionate about working here. You must want to go above and beyond - if you want to just come to work, go home, and get a check - this isn't for you! If talking to customers about the right pet for them and learning about how to take excellent care of every pet - this may be the job for you!

Aquatic Counselor does exactly what the Pet Counselor does—in the Aquatics and Reptile section.

Cashier:
|
This is the smiling face of our store. Cashiers are responsible for making sure every customer has a warm welcome when entering and a smiling voice on the other end of the telephone line. They also clean after our small animals on the floor every morning. Everyone here is in charge of taking care of our animals!
